Monday Practice Night — every Monday in January, 7 – 8:30 p.m. Meditation, chanting, dharma talk and discussion. Open to all levels of practice experience. Newcomers are welcome.
Saturday Study Group — January 9 and 23, 10 – 11:30 a.m. For those who enjoy learning about Buddhism in a friendly, casual atmosphere. Focus is on finding ways to incorporate Buddhist teachings and practices in every day life. This is an open group and newcomers are welcome. Wednesday “Just Sit” Night — 7 – 8 p.m., January 27 only because of our speaker event on January 14. (Normally every second and fourth Wednesday of each month.) Meditation and open discussion about practice. Especially good for newcomers but also for anyone who wants a simple night of meditation practice and informal discussion.
For your first time practicing with us, please plan to arrive 15 minutes early for orientation and instruction. There is no cost to attend any of our meetings, but your donation of any amount will help us cover the cost of rent and other expenses. For more information, email email@example.com.
