Meditation Mentoring and Practice Guidance with Lisa Ernst
One on One Mentoring with is a valuable tool in receiving guidance from an experienced Buddhist meditation teacher. It’s a chance to learn and deepen your meditation practice from the ground up, to bring the practice of mindfulness more fully into daily life and sustain inspiration for an ongoing spiritual practice. This is also an opportunity to apply skillful tools for dealing with habitual patterns and thoughts, anxiety, grief, etc., while learning to develop and deepen self compassion and lovingkindness.
