Please join us tonight, August 5, at the 12 South Dharma Center as we have our monthly “meet and greet” with refreshments after our meditation and dharma discussion. This provides some time to connect and get to know others in our practice community. Our sit begins at 7 p.m. and we’ll wrap up by 8:30. Newcomers are always welcome.

This fall we will continue our outreach at Gilda’s Club with a class on mindfulness and meditation. I’m excited about this ongoing connection and the opportunity to bring these practices to those who need them, but may not otherwise encounter them. At the dharma center we will be offering a three  week ongoing class on the basics of meditation practice for those who want to learn the nuts and bolts of practice in a supportive group. This class will be open to all, on a registration basis. More info coming soon. For a listing fall retreats led by Lisa Ernst, go here.
